Andhra Pradesh Politics: The assembly session is going on in Andhra Pradesh. During this, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday (July 25) targeted former Chief Minister and YSRCP party chief Jagan Mohan Reddy. CM Chandrababu Naidu compared Jagan Reddy to Colombian drug mafia Pablo Escobar. Who was a Colombian drug mafia and terrorist. After which he entered politics.
In the assembly, CM Naidu said that I am the most senior politician in the country and I have never seen a situation like the one in Andhra Pradesh when Jagan was in power. He said that there was only one person who can be compared to what happened in Andhra Pradesh – drug mafia Pablo Escobar. He said, “Pablo Escobar was a Colombian drug mafia who later became a politician and then started his own gang selling drugs. He earned 30 billion dollars at that time, now he is worth 90 billion dollars. He was arrested in 1976 and in 1980 he became the richest drug mafia in the world. One can become rich by selling drugs too.”
‘Jagan wanted to become richer than Ambani and Tata’
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said what was the former Chief Minister’s (YS Jagan’s) aim? Tata, Reliance, Ambani have money and he wanted to become richer than them. Some people have needs, some people have greed and some people have madness and these mad people do such things.

CM Naidu raised questions on the law and order of the previous government
TDP chief Naidu said what kind of law and order situation was there in Andhra Pradesh during the previous government under Jagan. He said that when YSRCP leaders were in power, they used to keep people in fear. During this, Naidu mentioned an incident that happened in the year 2022. In which he also recalled the murder of the driver of YSRCP MLC Anant Satya Uday Bhaskar as an example of the law and order situation during the previous YSRCP government.
YSRCP MLC had murdered the driver
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that the driver was murdered and the body was taken to his house. Former MLC Anant Bhaskar was arrested in May 2023 for the murder of his former driver. In this case, the police had said that Anant Bhaskar had killed Bhaskar, but later pushed him out of the car, so that people would think that his death was due to an accident.
Jaganmohan Reddy staged a sit-in protest in Delhi over law and order
This statement of CM Chandrababu Naidu has come at a time when yesterday (24 July) YSRCP party chief Jagan Mohan Reddy staged a protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi against the newly elected government of his own state. Reddy accused the Telugu Desam Party’s Chandrababu Naidu government of working out of political revenge. He said that the story of crime and brutality has started in the state. In such a situation, democracy has ended in Andhra Pradesh.
